All paperwork must be submitted and approved at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to the start of any project. All work, renovations, projects and updates must be within a homeowner’s property limits. There is to be no work, storage, renovations, projects or updates permitted on common property without short-term approval on file with the VBHOA. Paperwork and board approval are the responsibility of the homeowner. Anyone without prior approval will be subject to a fine.
